Within the Mobilités Business Unit, we are looking for a:

PRODUCT MANAGER - EMBEDDED SOLUTIONS M/F

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

You will take charge of a portfolio of embedded and telematics solutions, in collaboration with Product, R&D, Operations, Sales teams and our technological partners.

At the crossroads of technology, product, and business, you will contribute to evolving the solutions within your scope throughout their entire lifecycle: needs analysis, design, selection and configuration of equipment, development, integration, validation, deployment, and evolution.

You will also bring a strong Product Ownership dimension to your scope: roadmap, backlog, prioritization, decision-making, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product & Roadmap

• Build and maintain your portfolio roadmap in alignment with BU priorities;
• Collect and analyze needs from customers, the market, and Operations teams;
• Structure and prioritize the backlog, balancing business value, technical complexity, costs, deadlines, and resources;
• Identify technological evolutions and market opportunities;
• Prepare decisions and trade-offs with Product teams and Management.

Technology & Solutions

• Analyze and specify functional and technical requirements;
• Evaluate and select IoT terminals, modems, sensors, and embedded equipment;
• Configure and test equipment and their interfaces;
• Challenge the architectures and solutions proposed by technical teams and suppliers;
• Participate in laboratory and field testing and contribute to problem diagnosis;
• Maintain a watch on IoT, telecom, GNSS, cellular networks, satellite, and embedded systems technologies.

Delivery & Operations

• Drive and coordinate developments with internal teams and external partners;
• Define priorities, milestones, resources, and dependencies;
• Follow developments through to their validation and deployment;
• Support Operations, Support, and After-Sales Service teams on issues related to the solutions;
• Transform field feedback into product improvements;
• Contribute to industrialization, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Sales & Market

• Provide technical support to Sales and Business Development teams;
• Contribute to pre-sales responses and the analysis of prospect needs;
• Conduct market and competitor analyses;
• Identify new technological and commercial opportunities.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a profile from an IoT, telecom, electronics, telematics, automotive, or embedded systems environment, combining technological expertise and experience in product management or technical project management.

Ideally, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technological environment and have worked on products combining hardware, software, and connectivity.

You are comfortable with:

• embedded systems, IoT, and electronic equipment;
• telecommunications and connectivity;
• product management: roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and lifecycle;
• technical project management and cross-functional coordination;
• testing, configuration, and solution diagnosis.

Experience in an Agile or hybrid environment is appreciated.

Professional English is essential.
