Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Abuja. The Sales Executive will actively identify and engage prospective buyers, conduct property presentations and site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans, and guiding clients through documentation and transaction procedures. The role also involves collaborating with marketing to follow up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing feedback to improve offerings and customer experience. Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques. Customer relationship management skills, with experience in client engagement, needs assessment, and after-sales support. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Basic real estate and property market knowledge, preferably within Abuja or the wider Nigerian market. Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication channels. Proven experience in real estate, financial services, or high-value B2C/B2B sales is an advantage.
