Web3 Trading Educator / Content Creator

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create educational content. Develop accessible content on Web3, digital-asset market literacy, trading fundamentals, risk awareness, and related topics through articles, short videos, live sessions, and other suitable formats.
2. Deliver learning-oriented sessions. Support online talks, Q&A sessions, workshops, or community events that encourage responsible learning and discussion. Content should be general in nature and should not be presented as personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.
3. Research and communicate responsibly. Use credible sources, distinguish facts from opinions, and communicate uncertainty and risk clearly. Avoid return projections, guarantees, and unverified claims.
4. Build an engaging content presence. Help shape clear, consistent content themes and formats that reflect the platform’s editorial standards and audience needs.
5. Support community engagement. Gather audience feedback, facilitate constructive discussion, and coordinate with relevant teams on content topics and community activities.
6. Use tools thoughtfully. Use approved content, social-media, and AI tools to improve planning and production efficiency. AI-assisted outputs must be fact-checked and receive required editorial or compliance review before publication.
7. Follow platform and regulatory requirements. Adhere to applicable laws, platform policies, and internal review processes. Do not promote products or services in a misleading manner, provide personalized recommendations, or request or handle users’ assets or sensitive account information.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Relevant content or education background. Experience or demonstrated interest in content creation, education, community engagement, media, Web3, financial technology, or adjacent fields. A portfolio or representative content samples may be requested.
2. Interest in Web3 and digital-asset education. Working familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and an appreciation of market volatility, user protection, and responsible communication.
3. Clear communication skills. Ability to explain complex or developing topics in a balanced, accessible manner in writing, on camera, or in live and online settings.
4. Content judgment and research discipline. Ability to organize information, verify sources, separate educational commentary from promotional claims, and follow editorial guidelines.
5. Collaboration and community awareness. A respectful, user-focused approach to interaction and willingness to work with operations, moderation, and other cross-functional teams.
6. Tool fluency or learning mindset. Comfort with, or willingness to learn, common content-production, social-media, community-management, and AI tools.
7. Compliance mindset. Commitment to content standards, review processes, confidentiality, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Professionalism and reliability. Ability to manage agreed responsibilities and timelines in a dynamic content environment, with a focus on accuracy, respect, and long-term user value.
