DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of our proprietary platform. Your work directly impacts how stably and efficiently our services operate and how quickly we can deploy new solutions. You will touch the entire product lifecycle – from infrastructure, through automation, to monitoring and responding to ongoing events. This is not a pure Linux administrator role – your task is to set up and manage tools, not just maintain servers. What will set you apart in this role: You will work in a small team, which means a wide range of responsibility and the opportunity to learn many technologies "from the ground up," rather than just a fragment of a large system. We run LLMs and MCP servers locally, which we deploy as part of our offering – you will have contact with a modern stack, not just classic DevOps. The time split is approximately 70/30 – most of the work is development, and part is maintenance [sometimes server migrations].

Daily tasks

• Configuring and maintaining dedicated server infrastructure [Linux, Ansible].
• Adding monitoring and alerting functions [Icinga2, InfluxDB, Prometheus, Grafana].
• Improving and expanding CI and CD workflows [Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD].
• Supporting the development team in containerizing new and existing services [Docker, Docker Swarm].

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Skills in building CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI/CD or Jenkins). Experience working with tools and systems such as: Ansible, Docker, Docker Swarm. Creating monitoring and alerting systems. Knowledge of Linux tools and environments. Scripting skills – Bash or Python. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Nice to have: GIT, Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga2, InfluxDB, Kafka, GlusterFS, Nginx, Traefik, Python.
