Senior Engineer

Responsibilities :

Cybersecurity:

Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise cybersecurity solutions across customer environments. Implement and support technologies including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), EDR/XDR, DLP, SIEM, PAM, Email Security, Vulnerability Management, and Network Security solutions. Perform security assessments, system hardening, policy configuration, optimization, and incident troubleshooting. Provide hands-on support for solutions from vendors such as Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Trend Micro, Trellix, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Microsoft, and similar technologies. Prepare implementation plans, technical documentation, configuration documents, and project handover reports.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

Design, deploy, configure, and manage enterprise cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other enterprise cloud environments. Manage Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, VPNs, Firewalls, Identity and Access Management, and related infrastructure services. Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise infrastructure technologies. Implement and troubleshoot hybrid connectivity, cloud and infrastructure migrations, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and high-availability environments. Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud and on-premises infrastructure to ensure performance, availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO:

Implement, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Manage deployments, upgrades, environments, and related activities through Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS). Support integrations between Dynamics 365, third-party applications, and APIs. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is desirable. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, Microsoft support teams, vendors, and customers to successfully deliver implementations,

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud/Infrastructure, or Microsoft technologies. Strong experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including Firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, DLP, PAM, and Vulnerability Management. Hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP, or equivalent). Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery. Experience with Dynamics 365 FO Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, APIs, and system integrations is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills. Relevant Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
