The role
We're looking for someone keen and hands-on to join our production team. You'll learn to run our multi-head embroidery machine from scratch, branding everything from polo shirts and fleeces to softshells and hi-vis jackets. No experience is needed, we'll train you.
What you'll do
- Hoop and load garments accurately onto the embroidery machines
- Set up and run jobs from approved designs, including thread colours and placement
- Check finished work for quality, then trim, finish and pack orders
- Carry out basic machine care such as needle changes, thread changes and cleaning
- Keep your work area tidy and safe, and help hit daily production targets
- Over time, learn to digitise designs, train others & run your own shifts
What we're looking for
- A good eye for detail and pride in a neat finish
- Steady hands and patience, some jobs are fiddly
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- An interest in textiles, fashion or making things (a bonus, not essential)
What you'll get
- Competitive salary
- Full on-the-job training
- Standard holiday allowance
- A niche and transferable skill
