Account Manager for Speeron Norge
About Speeron Speeron is a Swedish tech company that develops and delivers digital solutions for the hotel industry. The offering includes, among other things, hotel TV, software platforms, and integrated systems that simplify the guest experience and hotel operations. The company has built its position through organic growth and a clearly entrepreneurial culture. Speeron combines in-house developed software with leading hardware partners and collaborates with players such as Philips, Samsung, and LG. This creates a competitive offering where the customer receives a cohesive solution rather than several different suppliers. Speeron is a high-tempo company with short decision-making paths and great ambitions. The business is present in about twenty European markets, and the company is in an expansive phase, with increased investment in, among other things, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. For you who thrive in an environment where good ideas can quickly become reality, there is plenty of room to influence. Speeron is looking for people who want to take responsibility, build relationships, and be part of driving the company's next growth phase.
Current position It is important to note that the position is based in Norway, with Oslo as the first choice and Trondheim as a possible option depending on the right candidate's place of residence. You will work independently locally, but will have close contact with the Nordic team through weekly check-ins and physical quarterly meetings. As an Account Manager, you will have primary responsibility for new customer sales in the Norwegian market and, in the long term, also Denmark. The role is clearly commercial, independent, and relationship-driven, with approximately 90 percent focus on new customer acquisition. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact and meeting booking to needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and closing. You will work closely with Speeron's sales management and technical specialists, but you own your own planning, pipeline, and customer dialogue. The sales cycle is normally about four to six months and often involves one to three meetings. Physical customer meetings are an important part of the work, and the role suits you who likes to be out visiting customers and building relationships over time.
Your responsibilities

- Prospect systematically via telephone, email, digital tools, and physical meetings.
- Conduct needs analyses and present relevant solutions to senior decision-makers.

- Build up and develop your own pipeline in CRM.

Profile We are looking for you who lives in Norway (traveling from Sweden is not an option), speaks fluent Norwegian, is self-driven, business-driven, and motivated by creating new business. You do not need to have worked in the hotel industry before, but you must have a clear commercial drive, be confident in customer dialogues, and want to learn a technically complex solution. To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing work with own responsibility for activities.
- Fluent Norwegian and good English in speech and writing.
- Experience from hotels, technology, CRM, or service sales is meritorious.
- B-driver's license and the ability to travel regularly.
- Ability to create trust with senior decision-makers.
- Strong personal structure and ability to prioritize your week.
- Perseverance in longer sales processes and the ability to handle setbacks.
- Willingness to learn, coachability, and a desire to develop.
The role is particularly well-suited for you who want great freedom, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to influence your own development and compensation.
Salary and benefits
- Fixed salary of approximately 60,000 NOK per month, depending on experience.
- Commission without a cap and a model that accelerates when you exceed budget.
- At 100 percent of budget, there is a possibility of approximately 900,000 NOK in total annual income.
- At 150 percent of budget, there is a possibility of approximately 1.2 MNOK in total annual income.
- Occupational pension.
- 25 vacation days.
- Structured introduction and ongoing training in sales, solutions, and marketing.
- Support from sales management, technical specialists, and contract resources.
- AI support that reduces administration and frees up time for customer meetings and deals.
- Clear development path towards a senior sales role or Key Account Manager.
