Supporting client relationship management by maintaining communication, gathering feedback on unmet needs, and serving as a trusted contact to introduce new solutions and products.
Contributing to business expansion by identifying and engaging small and mid-sized companies across the apparel and adjacent industries
Underpinning business expansion by delivering market research on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging sectors to pinpoint high-potential clients
Bolstering brand presence and network growth by delivering tailored client presentations, representing CLO at industry events with the Munich team, and helping coordinate strategic exhibitions and conferences
Supporting the Business Development team by drafting pitch decks, presentations and proposals
Maintaining accurate CRM records and performance reports, and providing operational support to the Business Development team to facilitate smooth sales processes and successful closings.
Partnering with the Business Development and legal teams on complex enterprise deals, assisting with discovery, solution scoping, and stakeholder management
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of full-time professional work experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or a corporate client-facing role
Background in a fast-paced SaaS/startup environment, tech sector, or the apparel industry is highly preferred.
Must speak English; additional languages are valuable
Profound understanding of a product life cycle and the ecosystems surrounding it
Professional and proactive work ethic to lead projects to completion
