You will work alongside talented professionals in areas such as Development, DevOps, Security, FinOps, and more, in a team that values resilience, scalability, and technical excellence. Here, you will have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and create solutions that truly make a difference for thousands of customers.
We generate impact and value with efficiency throughout the entire chain of health, beauty, and wellness clinics through our management system. More than a system, we help our customers achieve incredible results in the management journey of their clinics.
Your tasks
The SRE Specialist is responsible for ensuring the resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency of the company's services, with a special focus on applications developed in Node.js. This role involves the continuous improvement of infrastructure, process automation, implementation of observability practices, and direct collaboration with development teams to optimize the reliability of production systems.
- Be the technical lead for the Clinicorp infrastructure platform on GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, networking, and IAM), covering multiple projects and production, staging, and development environments;
- Define and evolve SLOs and SLIs for critical services together with the squads;
- Lead incident management: structure on-call, conduct critical incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems, and follow up on the execution of corrective actions;
- Design and evolve the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry), with actionable alerts based on symptoms;
- Maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and the delivery flow via GitHub Actions and Argo CD (GitOps);
- Ensure the operation of managed databases, including backups, high availability, upgrades, tuning, and capacity planning;
- Support development teams in Node.js application performance, resource consumption analysis, autoscaling strategies, and caching;
- Conduct FinOps practices: cost allocation by team and service, rightsizing, commitment management, and cloud budget monitoring;
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance, including access management, secrets management, and adherence to LGPD in the processing of health data;
- Periodically plan and test the disaster recovery strategy;
