What to expect Collaboration on current and diverse mandates in the field of financial regulatory law, with a focus on banks, investment firms, insurance companies, payment service providers, and Fintechs Support in complex transactions, particularly M&A in the financial sector as well as restructurings Preparation of memoranda on financial regulatory law issues, questions of corporate management and governance of institutions, civil law particularly in the area of consumer law, the creation of security interests, and administrative law with EU connections Accompanying clients in regulatory investigations and special audits, including contentious disputes, also with regulatory authorities such as Bafin or EZB Involvement in international project teams and collaboration with experts from various legal fields

Your profile Very good academic achievements and at least a "vollbefriedigend" (satisfactory) exam result Very good English skills, ideally evidenced by stays abroad or internships Interest in economic contexts and legal issues in the financial sector Proactivity, team spirit, and enjoyment of demanding legal work Initial experience in financial regulatory law or related areas is not required Openness to new topics and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex facts
