To strengthen our team in München, we are looking for committed and qualified lawyers (m/f/d) in the field of Private Equity.

Transactions accompanied by us include, for example, advising financial investors on the acquisition of a division of a chemical group, the sale of a stake in thousands of mobile phone towers, a financing round for a startup with a billion-dollar valuation, and stakes in offshore wind farms.
