To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for committed and qualified lawyers (m/f/d) in the field of Private Equity.

We accompany exciting deals. We advise leading national and international financial investors on complex M&A transactions in the large-cap and mid-cap sectors. Transactions accompanied by us include, for example, advising financial investors on the acquisition of a division of a chemical group, the sale of an interest in thousands of mobile phone towers, a financing round for a startup with a billion-dollar valuation, and interests in offshore wind farms.
