To strengthen our team in Munich, we are looking for committed and qualified lawyers (m/f/d) in the field of Corporate/M&A.

What to expect: You will advise leading German and foreign companies, banks, and financial investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions, including joint ventures, public takeovers, and restructurings.

As an interface between law and business, you will accompany our clients in the preparation and implementation of strategic decisions, such as intra-group restructurings, the sale of business units, bidding competitions, international corporate takeovers, or takeover defense.

Your range of tasks includes supporting and representing our clients in structuring the transaction, conducting due diligence audits, contract negotiations, and developing innovative solutions for complex transactions.

In doing so, you will be part of our international team, working closely with clients and other advisors, and planning and managing the work of specialists at home and abroad.

Through mentoring and in-house training, we will support you in successively building your expertise and offer you flexible and long-term development opportunities.

What distinguishes you: You are an entry-level professional without prior experience or have already gained initial experience in a law firm or other legal functions and are now looking for a new challenge. In addition to a state examination with distinction (Prädikatsexamen) and very good English skills, you possess a good understanding of economics, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong communication skills. You are also a team player and apply your creativity alongside professional know-how even when dealing with demanding legal tasks.
