To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for committed and qualified lawyers (m/f/d) in the field of employment law. What to expect: Advising leading national and international companies on all employment law issues Advising on the structuring of compensation models and plans Exciting and varied projects on topics such as strategic reorganization and cross-border relocation of operations Representation before labor courts as well as negotiations with works councils Development of effective solutions in the context of diverse and constantly changing entrepreneurial challenges
What distinguishes you: You are an entry-level professional without prior experience or have already gained initial professional experience in a law firm or other legal functions and are now looking for a new challenge. In addition to a state examination with distinction (Prädikatsexamen) and very good English skills, you possess a good understanding of economics, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong communication skills. You are also a team player and use your creativity alongside your professional know-how, even when dealing with demanding legal tasks.
