Accounts Payable Accountant (M/F)

Your tasks

As part of a small accounting team and with total autonomy over your scope, you will take charge of the entire accounts payable accounting cycle

• Checking, entering, and recording supplier invoices
• Managing reconciliations and monitoring supplier accounts
• Preparing and monitoring payments
• Handling reminders and resolving discrepancies
• Participating in monthly accounting closings
• Regular exchanges with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including in an international environment.

Requirements

You have significant experience in accounts payable, allowing you to be quickly operational and autonomous. Rigorous and organized, you are able to manage your priorities and ensure the follow-up of your activity with full autonomy. In this international context, professional English is essential, at least in writing, in order to communicate with the various stakeholders of the group. Mastery of SAP is a real asset. Failing that, good knowledge of an ERP is expected.

Conditions

• 3-month mission, with possibility of extension
• Executive status (Cadre)
• Start date mid-August at the latest
• Remuneration: 50 to 58 K€ depending on profile and experience
• Position based in the heart of Paris, in the immediate vicinity of Opéra, easily accessible by public transport
• High-quality working environment, within a friendly and caring team
• Possibility of 2 days of teleworking per week.
