Service/Troubleshooting Technician BeNeLux - Permanent contract

For a family-oriented and very modern company in the Nazareth region, we are looking for a troubleshooting/service technician with knowledge of electromechanics and plc-sturingen.

Recruitment based on PERMANENT CONTRACT.

Job description

• You perform periodic preventive and curative maintenance on the machines
• You resolve faults on existing installations by reading them via pc
• Based on the obtained machine instructions and administration, you assemble parts of the installation or the equipment around it
• You adjust these according to production requirements (speed, product range, …)
• You ensure the commissioning and maintenance of more complex machines and installations.
• You identify, repair, or replace components of defective systems (gear sets, ball bearings, hydraulic distributors, parts of controlled processes, ...)
• You provide technical support to our customers
• Your work area is mainly located in the Flanders region.
• You handle the necessary administration and prepare a report after an intervention
• You discuss interventions with the customer.
• You identify commercial opportunities during your work at the customer and coordinate these with our sales department.
• You have a degree in Bachelor or Graduaat Elektromechanica or equivalent through experience.
• You are at home in both electricity, mechanics, and plc- sturingen
• You have good knowledge of electrical diagrams, electric motors and – controls, PLC sturingen,…
• As the visiting card of the firm, you are always customer-friendly and communicative.
• You possess a driving license B.
• You have a broad technical interest.
• Good knowledge of English and French, basic knowledge of German is a plus.
• You are willing to travel in the Benelux, with an emphasis on your own region.
