Your tasks

Your role As an Internal Sales Employee, you support the commercial department on an administrative and organizational level. You are an important link between customers, colleagues, and the commercial manager, whom you support on a daily basis.

You ensure the smooth processing and follow-up of customer files, orders, and projects. Thanks to your accurate approach, commercial processes run efficiently and customers can rely on professional service.

Your responsibilities

• Management and follow-up of customer files from A to Z.
• Processing and following up on orders.
• First point of contact for customers and prospects.
• Answering questions regarding products, prices, deliveries, and quality.
• Actively thinking along about customer-oriented solutions.
• Supporting prospecting activities and scheduling appointments.
• Close cooperation with various internal departments such as logistics, accounting, production, quality, and management.
• Participating in optimizations that contribute to the further growth of the organization.
• You hold a bachelor's degree.
• You work in a structured and accurate manner.
• You are customer-oriented, responsible, and stress-resistant.
• You can work independently and like to take initiative.
• You think in a solution-oriented and proactive manner.
• You possess strong communication skills.
• You speak and write fluent Spanish and English. Knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a nice plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems is an asset.
