Job Summary

Support the implementation of behaviour support and individualized education plans to achieve positive client outcomes in a safe, special needs-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement clients’ behaviour support plans and individualized education plans to promote positive outcomes
• Assist teachers in planning and designing engaging teaching and learning experiences for the classroom
• Support teachers in executing lesson plans and applying effective classroom management strategies
• Maintain a safe and special needs-friendly environment to ensure clients’ well-being and safety
• Record and track client progress to inform ongoing support and interventions
• Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned to support team and client needs
