Production Operators
Inosence Polyol Oy is a growing Finnish chemical industry company that develops and manufactures polyester polyols from recycled PET plastic for the needs of the polyurethane insulation industry. We combine chemistry, technology, and the circular economy in a way that transforms plastic destined for waste into high-quality raw materials and helps our customers reduce the environmental impact of their products.

The polyester polyols we manufacture are suitable for the production of various PIR insulation materials, and we are able to produce material filtered from recycled PET plastic with a precision of up to one micron. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a production operator, you will participate extensively in the entire manufacturing process of our products. You are responsible for the daily monitoring of production and ensuring that the production process proceeds smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your tasks include the use and monitoring of production equipment, material feeding and handling, as well as quality control and quality testing. Additionally, you will participate in routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting, the development of production processes, and tasks related to warehousing. In your role, you play an important part in ensuring production continuity, product quality, and safe working conditions. The employment is full-time and permanent. We work in two shifts on alternating weeks from Monday to Thursday. The day shift is from Monday to Wednesday 12h/day from 8–20 and on Thursdays 8h from 8–16. The night shift is from Monday to Wednesday 12h/day from 20–8. In the future, we expect readiness for three-shift work if necessary. Work takes place at our factory in Salo, Meriniitty.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU
We are looking for a person who has suitable vocational education and/or practical experience from the chemical process industry. The position also requires basic mechanical and technical skills, and to understand and follow work instructions, we require sufficient English language skills. We value a precise, proactive, and self-directed approach to work, as well as good problem-solving skills. Previous experience in quality control, safety practices, and production processes is considered an advantage.
