At Clevry, we are looking for a Test System Engineer for our client, CoE Group, for their location in Tampere. The position is full-time and permanent, and you will be employed directly by CoE Group.

Do you want to be building and developing test environments that support cutting-edge technology? We are looking for a Test System Engineer to be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of test systems for electronics and RF products. In this role, you will get to work diversely with electronics, RF technologies, measurement equipment, and test automation, as well as develop solutions that play a key role in ensuring product quality and performance.

Main Tasks

  • Design, construction, and development of test environments
  • Implementation of test solutions using electronics and RF devices
  • Development of test automation with Python
  • Integration of measurement equipment into test systems
  • Definition and development of test benches
  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous development of test systems
  • Collaboration with product development, hardware, software, and production teams
  • Analysis and reporting of test data

What we expect from you

  • Suitable technical education (e.g., DI, engineer, or equivalent)
  • Experience in electronics and the basics of electronics design
  • Experience with RF components or RF measurements
  • Experience in the development of test systems
  • Python skills in developing automation or test solutions
  • Experience in using laboratory measurement equipment, e.g.
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Spectrum analyzers
  • Vector Network Analyzers (VNA)
  • Signal generators
  • Power supplies and DMM meters
  • Good English language skills

We also value

  • Knowledge of EMC or antenna measurements
  • Knowledge of embedded systems
  • Development of Python-based test automation
  • Experience with Linux environments
  • ISTQB certification
