In the Aero-defense industry, supply is at the heart of industrial performance. Reporting to the Supply Manager, your role: You will be the true conductor of your team and our procurement operations within the site's Supply department:
- Managerial responsibilities You operationally manage the Procurement team by planning tasks and identifying SMART objectives in terms of Quality, Cost, and Lead Times. You support employees in achieving these objectives.
- Operational steering You define performance indicators and steer them.

Missions and objectives:
- Steering customer and supplier relations You secure and structure operational exchanges with our partners, notably through contract management and monitoring supplier acknowledgments of receipt.
- ERP Administration You ensure the configuration and evolution of the ERP to guarantee the reliability of supply data and its adequacy with operational needs.
- Improving forecast reliability You ensure the consistency of the order book and medium and long-term forecasts.
- Contribution to Industrial planning You actively contribute to PIC and PDP processes in order to secure planning and industrial visibility.
