ABOUT THE ROLE
As Technical Operations Lead, you will connect people, processes, and technology across a growing AI/ML company. You will work closely with company leadership to turn priorities into practical systems, improve how teams work, and help the organization scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with leadership on high-impact work such as hiring, communications, and internal planning.
- Build and maintain internal tools that track key metrics and improve operational visibility.
- Coordinate across teams to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Review existing processes and propose practical improvements using technical and analytical approaches.
- Use AI tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Experience building and maintaining internal tools, including custom-built tools for defining or monitoring key metrics.
- Experience improving internal processes and coordinating across teams and projects to address bottlenecks.
- Experience supporting high-priority operational work, such as hiring, communications, or internal planning.
- Proficiency with AI tools and an interest in experimenting with new technologies.
- Knowledge of Swiss or US legal frameworks, or a background in recruiting, communications, or related operations, is a plus.
