ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing, AI-native Go-To-Market agency operating in the DACH region, working with over 200 B2B tech companies across a range of industries. Founded in 2024, we have rapidly scaled to a team of 30+ people and significant recurring revenue — and we're just getting started.

As a GTM Engineer, you will own strategic projects from day one, build scalable automations and data pipelines, and push them forward with a high degree of autonomy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, build, and maintain automated GTM workflows and processes using tools such as n8n and AI assistants (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT)
  • Collect, transform, and visualize data to surface insights that drive strategic decisions across sales and marketing
  • Identify process inefficiencies early and architect clean, maintainable technical solutions to address them
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, sales, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical implementations
  • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from scoping to execution — with minimal hand-holding

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • AI-native mindset: You actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and are genuinely curious about their applications in a GTM context
  • Strong data skills: Comfortable with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio and Snowflake to build data-driven workflows
  • Language fluency: Professional-level fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Systems thinking: You proactively spot inefficiencies and design solutions that are scalable and built to last
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a technical GTM, sales engineering, revenue operations, or data engineering role

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in or alongside a B2B SaaS or marketing services environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tooling
  • Background in workflow automation platforms beyond n8n (e.g. Zapier, Make)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 per year, depending on experience
  • High ownership and autonomy from day one
  • Work within a fast-moving, technical team at the cutting edge of AI-driven GTM
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Visa sponsorship: Not available — candidates must already be authorised to work in Germany

LOCATION

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. You will be expected to work from the Berlin office on a regular basis.
