For our client in Lindenberg im Allgäu, we are looking for a Purchasing Assistant (m/f/d) / Operational Buyer (m/f/d) to start immediately.

These exciting tasks await you:

• Determination of requirements and procurement of packaging materials
• Ensuring demand-oriented material availability for production
• Requesting, checking, and preparing supplier offers
• Coordination of internal queries regarding packaging and material requirements
• Support of the team leader with organizational tasks, evaluations, and analyses

This is what we wish from you:

• Commercial training (e.g., Industriekauffrau, Bürokauffrau, etc.) is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Initial experience in purchasing, ideally in the food industry or packaging industry
• Confident handling of Excel and ERP-Systemen
• Good English skills for communication with customers and suppliers
• Numerical understanding and analytical way of working
• Independence, assertiveness, and team orientation
