Hethel, Norwich Location: Hethel, Norwich Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45am – 4:00pm Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE / £14.24 per hour PAYE Advanced Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Picker Packers on behalf of our client based in Hethel. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and friendly warehouse team within a fast-paced operation. You’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, ensuring products are prepared to a high standard and ready for dispatch.

Duties will include: Picking customer orders accurately from order sheets Packing orders ready for dispatch Checking products and orders for accuracy Working to daily targets and deadlines Handling products and carrying out manual tasks Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area Following all health and safety procedures Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are completed on time Other general warehouse duties as required Heavy Lifting What we’re looking for: Reliable and punctual Good attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow instructions and work to targets Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential Comfortable with manual handling Own transport is essential due to the location Pay: £12.71 per hour PAYE £14.24 per hour PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:45am – 4:00pm No weekend working Why apply?
