*Experience*

• No prior professional experience required; a strong interest in carpentry or construction is preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and learn quickly on the job
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
