Business Strategy

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization using AI, creating target process maps using AI, and developing compelling business cases for their implementation
• Creating and managing a structured AI implementation roadmap, tracking progress, milestones, and benefits for ongoing and upcoming initiatives
• Acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders: preparing high-quality decision-making materials, presentations for leadership, and regular project status reports for management and the governing bodies of the Deutsche Börse Group
• Monitoring trends in the field of AI, the competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to continuously improve and refine the AI utilization strategy
• Building close relationships with individual business units to support a culture of AI-driven innovation, constantly exploring AI use cases, and providing expert advice on cutting-edge technologies and practices

Your profile:

• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with proven success in implementing AI and other advanced artificial intelligence tools to solve real business problems and increase process efficiency
• Deep knowledge of the enterprise AI solution landscape, including major platforms (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their practical application in a corporate environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to transform complex business requirements into technical AI solution specifications, and the ability to effectively measure their impact
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), the ability to communicate effectively in English across all levels of management
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• High degree of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
