Role: Social Value Coordinator Location: Burgess Hill, Hybrid Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week Contract: 12 months, Outside IR35 Pay: £220 - £260 per day PAYE basic or £291.36 - £344.34 per day Umbrella/LTD

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Social Value Coordinator to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading global healthcare organisation, on a 12-month contract.

This role will support the delivery of the organisation's Social Value commitments , combining project coordination, stakeholder engagement and data analysis to turn social and environmental commitments into measurable outcomes. The role is predominantly remote with attendance at the Burgess Hill office for key stakeholder workshops.

The Requirements: Around 3-5 years' relevant experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Practical experience within Social Value, sustainability, community impact or a closely related area Strong project management and coordination skills Confident collecting, validating and analysing data from multiple sources Experience monitoring outcomes, commitments and action plans Comfortable using dashboards and reporting tools Understanding of UK public-sector procurement and National TOMs would be highly desirable Social Value Portal experience would be advantageous Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies Comfortable using digital and AI tools

The Role: Coordinate the delivery of Social Value projects and commitments Support the adoption of internal Social Value guidelines across teams Track Social Value commitments included within NHS tenders and contracts Coordinate strategic volunteering initiatives and employee engagement Support charity sponsorship agreements, approvals and payments Lead the collection, validation and analysis of data for the annual Social Value Impact Report Monitor progress against Social Value action plans and contractual commitments Use analytical tools and dashboards to track performance Develop clear Social Value impact summaries for customers Coordinate stakeholders, actions, timelines and dependencies
