• As a Customer Service Representative at CleanLease in Eindhoven, you are the connecting link between customers and colleagues. You have daily contact with customers from sectors such as healthcare and recreation, ensuring that questions, orders, and changes are handled properly. You start your day by checking the mailbox and answering questions about deliveries, stocks, and orders. Additionally, you process changes in the system, maintain administration, and coordinate with various internal departments. Your tasks include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders and changes, supporting the order process and administration, maintaining contact with customers and colleagues, monitoring deliveries and stock information, and contributing ideas to improve services. You work within the Cure & Leisure team, where you have contact with customers from hospitals, healthcare institutions, and holiday parks.

• A gross hourly wage between €16 and €20, depending on experience;
