Aircon Technician – Servicing, Chemical Wash & Overhaul & Basic Repair

Job Responsibilities

• Perform independent general air-conditioning servicing.
• Carry out chemical wash and full chemical overhaul.
• Dismantle, clean, and reassemble indoor air-conditioning units where required for chemical overhaul.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs, such as resolving water leaks and replacing capacitors or simple parts.
• Work mainly on wall-mounted and ceiling cassette systems in residential condominiums.
• Perform refrigerant checks and R32 refrigerant top-up where required.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Provide professional customer service and complete basic service records.
• Work responsibly to maintain good customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
• Preferably 2–3 years of hands-on experience in air-conditioning servicing and chemical overhaul.
• Able to perform general servicing and chemical overhaul independently.
• Able to carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with R32 refrigerant handling is preferred.
• Relevant refrigerant-handling training or certification will be an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, physically fit, and responsible.
• Able to communicate in English (Korean language is not required).
• Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence is a strong advantage.
