IT CCTV Support Engineer

Your role:

• Managing and maintaining CCTV and access control systems at various sites.
• Performing updates, security patches, and firmware updates and resolving technical malfunctions.
• Configuring and supporting badge readers, barriers, intercoms, and camera integrations.
• Designing and implementing technical solutions for new projects and infrastructure expansions.
• Translating security, operational, and compliance requirements into technical solutions.
• Following up with external suppliers and contractors during installations, maintenance, and projects.
• Monitoring and optimizing the reliability, performance, and security infrastructure in Zeebrugge, Rotterdam, and Vlissingen.
• 3–5 years of experience with CCTV and access control systems.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Genetec and/or Milestone is a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of hardware, fiber optics, and basic networks.
• You are hands-on, solution-oriented, and take responsibility.
• You are able to independently develop and propose technical solutions.
• You have strong communication skills and possess excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• You meet the requirements for the required positive security clearance for critical functions in the port.
