Experienced Procurement Specialist (M/F)
Within our Supply Chain team, you will guarantee the availability of materials, components, and services necessary for production while optimizing stock levels. You will act as the interface between suppliers and internal departments to contribute to meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a true business expert, you will also contribute to the professionalization of the department by helping to structure practices, develop management tools, and deploy continuous improvement processes.
Your main missions -Procurement Management -Place orders with listed suppliers via the ERP (firm, blanket, or subcontracting orders). -Verify consistency between supplier lead times and production needs. -Enter and track supplier order acknowledgments. -Identify risks of shortages or delays and alert the relevant departments (Sales Administration, Scheduling, Production). -Manage your supplier portfolio from order placement to the actual receipt of parts. -Track order advances, carryovers, or delays and implement necessary actions. -Stock Management -Optimize procurement to guarantee component availability while controlling stock levels. -Participate in stock reliability actions through regular internal and supplier inventories. -Ensure close coordination with the Reception, Incoming Control, Quality, and Production teams. -Continuous Improvement (experienced profile) -Manage complex procurement in a just-in-time industrial environment. -Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing stocks and optimizing processes. -Support suppliers in improving their delivery performance. -Develop and communicate procurement statuses to internal teams. -Propose improvements for management tools. -Continuous improvement / Lean approach. -Analyze causes of malfunctions and propose corrective actions. -Ability to identify optimization levers.
Your profile: Education: Bac +2 in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Flow Management. With significant experience of at least 4 years in an industrial environment. Knowledge of how a production site operates. Proficiency in an ERP and very good mastery of Excel. Professional English level B2 (you will be tested orally). Management of complex flows and working in project mode.

Work environment: Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager or the Procurement Manager, you will work in daily collaboration with: Sales Administration (ADV), Purchasing, Production, Scheduling, Quality, Design Office, Project Management. You will also be in regular contact with our suppliers and carriers.

Remuneration between €35,000 and €39,000 gross annual on 12 months.
