Specialist Full Stack Developer (Java)

Responsibilities and assignments

What awaits you in your daily routine:

• Design, develop, and evolve solutions using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on scalability, performance, and quality;
• Lead technical and architectural decisions, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, business requirements, and corporate standards;
• Support the evolution of application architecture, proposing structural improvements, service modernization, and continuous optimization of solutions;
• Plan and implement robust distributed integrations, considering aspects of resilience, fault tolerance, observability, and performance;
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices, contributing to quality, security, and reduction of technical debt;
• Define automated testing strategies and ensure the adoption of practices such as Clean Code, SOLID, and domain-driven architecture;
• Identify performance bottlenecks through analysis and profiling tools, promoting performance and service stability improvements;
• Collaborate with application operation and monitoring, enhancing indicators, logs, metrics, and observability processes;
• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the development of junior and mid-level professionals through mentoring, pair programming, and knowledge sharing;

To be part of our team, it is essential:

• Reside in Recife;
• Completed Degree in Analysis and Systems Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or related areas;
• Experience in Java Backend development with Spring Boot, including best practices in architecture and corporate application development;
• Knowledge in Angular, contributing to integrations and technical support for frontend applications;
• Mastery of microservices architecture, including scalability strategies, API versioning, distributed authentication, messaging, and resilience;
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), including modeling, optimization, and performance analysis;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, code versioning with Git, and development automation practices;
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures;
• Experience with messaging platforms, such as RabbitMQ or similar;
• Experience with critical incidents, advanced troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems in production;
• Technical English for reading, understanding, and researching documentation and solutions;

It is a differentiator:

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Experience with observability tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry;
• Experience with performance analysis and profiling tools, such as YourKit, JProfiler, VisualVM, or Spring Performance Management (SPM);
• Participation in technical governance initiatives, development standardization, and architectural evolution;
