NOC Telecom Analyst I
Responsibilities and assignments What awaits you in your day-to-day: Perform ticket handling with Carriers. Schedule joint tests between Carriers. Schedule and monitor recovery activities during maintenance windows. Monitor, interact, and perform recurrence of internal abnormality tickets or those with Carriers. Perform postings and receive operational demands in communication groups with the operational chain. Monitor and evaluate priority alarms, interacting with technical and management teams to reduce recovery time.
Requirements and qualifications We are looking for someone who: Thinks and acts from the customers' perspectives. To be part of our team, it is essential: Reside in Rio de Janeiro; Completed higher education; English required (speaking and writing). Spanish desirable.
It is a differentiator: Knowledge in transmission systems. Experience with ticket handling with telecommunications Carriers. Knowledge in telecommunications networks, considering the interaction with the various operations of the NOC (Network Operation Center) structure and Telecommunications Carriers.
