119039 - Financial Planning and Control Coordinator II
Responsibilities and assignments What awaits you in your day-to-day: Coordinate the planning, budgeting, forecast, and budgetary control of Information Technology investments and expenses related to Cloud, Software Licensing (including IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and IT Services (support, maintenance, and consultancies). Ensure the governance of recurring costs (run rate) and variable consumption, adherence to forecast/budget SLAs, reconciliation with actuals (SAP and contracts, whether LPUs or fixed scope), and the generation of reports and indicators that support decisions on optimization, contract renewal, and prioritization of resource use for technology projects.

To be part of our team, it is essential: Completed Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology and/or related areas; Post-graduation/MBA in Corporate Finance, Controllership, or IT Management is desirable. Previous experience in IT budgeting/forecast, FinOps (cloud financial management), or Technology Business Management (TBM). Experience in financial and/or technology areas, preferably in large companies. Knowledge in: Budgetary Management, Managerial Accounting, FinOps principles (FinOps Foundation), and Technology Business Management (TBM) for IT cost allocation and transparency. Familiarity with Cloud contracting models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, consumption/reserved instances/savings plans) and Software Licensing (perpetual, subscription, EA/ELA). Tools: Excel (preferably advanced), Power BI (strongly desirable), SAP (preferably the Hana version, focus on the FM module), and Cognos. AI Knowledge (strongly desirable): knowledge of LLMs models, conversational use with practical application cases for time/process optimization, and applications with AI agents. Intermediate/advanced English (reading of contracts and technical documentation); It is a differentiator: Spanish
