Talent Acquisition Executive - S$4200 - RETAIL/ FASHION

Your tasks

The 1-year role supports the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of store manpower needs through candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions, including creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and following up on offers to fill vacancies efficiently
• Collaborate with retail operations and hiring managers to assess manpower requirements and align recruitment efforts to meet staffing needs promptly
• Support recruitment for full-time, part-time, and temporary retail staff across multiple store locations
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to identify and engage suitable candidates for retail roles
• Prepare employment documentation and onboarding materials to facilitate smooth new hire integration
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update hiring progress and vacancy reports regularly
• Assist with onboarding arrangements and perform other HR duties as needed to support the HR team

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in retail recruitment or high-volume hiring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at various levels
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and resourceful, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Able to commence within short-notice
