Tools Analyst - SR

The Tools Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of the tools used in Claranet's Hybrid Cloud operations. This professional will work in technical support, monitoring, automation, and optimization of solutions, being essential to possess advanced knowledge in Zabbix and Grafana for configuration, administration, customization, and continuous improvement of monitoring environments. Additionally, the candidate is expected to have interest and capacity to develop in Claranet's proprietary tools and internal processes, contributing to the evolution and operational efficiency of the area.

Responsibilities and assignments The Tools Analyst will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of the monitoring and management tools used in Claranet's Hybrid Cloud operations, focusing on Zabbix and Grafana. They will act in technical support to internal teams, monitoring environment performance, identifying and solving problems proactively, in addition to collaborating with IT and Engineering teams in the implementation of continuous improvements. They will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, conducting training for users, managing updates and new versions of tools, defining and applying policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and market best practices. It is also expected that they follow trends and new technologies, contributing to Claranet's innovation and operational efficiency. Manage and maintain the monitoring and management tools used in Private Cloud operations. Provide technical support to internal teams for the effective use of Private Cloud tools. Monitor the performance of Private Cloud tools and systems, identifying and solving problems proactively. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement improvements in Private Cloud tools and processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Private Cloud tools and systems, ensuring that information is updated and accessible. Participate in the definition and implementation of policies and procedures for the management of Private Cloud tools, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and regulations. Conduct training for end users on the proper use of Private Cloud tools. Monitor updates and new versions of tools, implementing them according to Claranet's needs. Ensure that all activities related to tool management are in compliance with Claranet's internal regulations and policies. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Private Cloud tools, applying this knowledge to improve Claranet's operations. Requirements and qualifications Education level: Completed degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Post-graduation or specialization in related areas is desirable; Certifications: Advanced certifications in Cloud Computing, IT Tool Management, Systems Automation; Desirable Zabbix Certification; Courses: Experience in advanced courses in tool management, automation, monitoring with Zabbix, and security in Private Cloud; Language level: Advanced English.
