Investment Administrator

We are recruiting for an Investment Administrator on behalf of a Fintech business based in St Albans.
The successful candidate will provide effective and efficient servicing of all Structured and Investment products on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing daily pricing on all structured and investment products.
- Processing redemption requested on structured and investment products.
- Processing dividends and completing periodic stock reconciliation.
- Liaising with the administration and finance department in the smooth transition of maturities, surrenders, and dividend processing.
- Processing death notification on structured product plans and subsequent disposal or transfer of assets.
- Producing management information, as determined by the Dealing Manager.
- Undertaking processing of post strike adjustments.
Key Requirements
- Experience of at least 2 years carrying out an investment administrative role.
- Minimum qualifications of GCSE standard or equivalent.
- Strong numerical, analytical and reconciling skills.
- Knowledge of dividends, stock transfers and dealing.
- ISA product knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience of working within the Financial Services Industry.
- Willing to study towards the Investment Administration Qualifications.
- Knowledge of HMRC ISA Regulations and it’s application to investment products.
