Warehouse Coordinator - Hospitality

Job Name: WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR FOR MACHUPICCHU

Job Mission: Coordinate the reception, storage, control, and distribution of products and supplies, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, adequate rotation, preservation, and timely supply for the hotel operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Technical or university studies in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related careers.
2. Minimum of 02 years of experience in warehouse and inventory coordination or control positions, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or service companies.
3. INTERMEDIATE level Excel skills and experience with ERP, warehouse, or inventory systems.
4. Knowledge of kardex, physical inventories, stock control, PEPS/FIFO, expiration dates, and management of perishable and non-perishable products.
5. Experience in reception, storage, dispatch, and documentary control of merchandise; ability to coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, and user areas.
