Senior Room Attendant - Hotelier

Job Mission:

Perform the cleaning, tidying, and conditioning of rooms and suites according to hotel standards. Organize and prioritize daily cleaning activities according to occupancy and operational requirements. Support and guide the team of room attendants in the execution of their duties. Train new staff in procedures, equipment use, and service standards. Manage the proper use of linens, amenities, cleaning products, and supplies. Report incidents, forgotten objects, and maintenance needs in rooms. Attend to special guest requests related to their stay. Maintain fluid communication with Housekeeping, Reception, and Maintenance to ensure an efficient operation. Comply with and promote safety, hygiene, and care of hotel assets standards. Provide operational support to the Housekeeping Supervisor when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Completed secondary studies and/or technical studies in hospitality, tourism, or related fields
2. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, room arrangement, and linen management.
3. Knowledge of the correct use of cleaning products and equipment
4. Intermediate English.
5. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a room attendant or similar positions in hotels.
