At CL Selection by Cornerstone, we are looking for a Development and Culture Analyst for an institution with more than 88 years of experience in the country.
Main functions:
- Manage the performance evaluation cycle (planning, execution, and analysis of results).
- Design and implement individual development plans, career plans, and succession plans.
- Participate in the design and analysis of labor climate and organizational culture surveys.
- Lead workshops and training sessions linked to development and culture.
- Be the owner of the talent management tool/platform, ensuring its adoption and support.
- Prepare reports, indicators, and continuous improvement proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in similar positions (Development, Climate and Culture / Human Management).
- Indispensable proficiency in Power BI, intermediate-advanced Excel, and climate and culture indicators.
- Intermediate level English (indispensable).
- Desirable: management of HR platforms and knowledge of AI applied to process improvement.
Modality: in-person with a hybrid scheme (4 days in-person / 1 remote).
