Job Requirement
- The candidate shall be accredited by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- The candidate shall have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in respectively in supervision of pipe jacking or other relevant projects.
- Working Location: Singapore.

Job Description
- The candidate shall supervise civil, structural,and geotechnical works, ensuring compliance with authorities', and agencies' standards for projects including sewers, pipe jacking, manhole construction and specialist engineering works.
- The candidate shall monitor daily site progress,workmanship, materials and construction activities, and report anynon-conformance or site issues to the Resident Engineer / SuperintendingOfficer’s Representative.
- The candidate shall demonstrate competency in allrelevant BCA and Ministry of Manpower WSH requirements such as Work-At-Height(WAH), Lifting work, and Permit-To-Work (PTW) for seamless project execution.
- The candidate shall assist in identifying andreporting any environmental, ECM, general safety, and security non-compliancesor contraventions involving both project personnel and members of the public.
- The candidate shall exhibit advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for effective documentation and maintain accuratedaily progress records.
- The candidate shall attend site meetings,coordination meetings and inspections as required, including, but not limitedto, taking site photographs and preparing documents, records, and reports asinstructed by the Superintending Officer.
- The candidate shall be prepared to work overtime, where required, in lieu oftime off without additional payment.
- The candidate shall undertake any other duties or tasks as may deemed appropriate assigned by theSuperintending Officer in relation to the project.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Contractors, Consultants, Authorities andother project stakeholders.
- Candidates with good knowledge of land surveying and setting-out works, including the interpretation and verification of survey data, levels, coordinates, alignment and construction tolerances. Familiarity with the use and verification of surveying instruments, such as Total Stations, Auto Levels and GPS/GNSS equipment, will be an advantage.
