Financial Planning Intern

Internship at a small Penang team (CK Partners) under a licensed life insurance agency, based at Straits Quay. You will be mentored by Keith, Unit Manager with 13 years in financial planning (2x Court of the Table, 7x MDRT).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Help promote our financial planning and will-writing services on social media and at booths in malls and events
• Find and follow up prospects, and set appointments for the team
• Support the team at financial talks and seminars
• Keep prospect records and help with admin work

WHAT YOU GET

• RM400 monthly allowance
• Performance incentive on wills you help close, up to RM3,000 a month depending on results (not guaranteed)
• Training in financial planning and family protection basics
• Real sales experience and an industrial training letter
• After the internship you can continue as a Financial Planner (PCIL licensing exam, TBE for takaful)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or degree student who needs industrial training
• Likes talking to people
• English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
• Able to be in Penang for the whole internship
