Indoor Sales Coordinator - Marine Sector
We are seeking an Indoor Sales Coordinator - Marine Sector to join our dynamic sales team at our Jurong East West Region location. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth customer interactions. As a Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales function, managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and liaising between customers and internal tams to drive business success in the marine sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing for marine products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation.
- Liaise between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with company procedures.
- Track and monitor order status, delivery timeliness, and customer communications.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, escalating to management when necesssary.
- Assist with sales events, presentations, and promotional activities as required.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative / sales support role, preferably within the marine or related industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of marine products, services, or industry terminology is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- A professional demeanor and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team member.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
