Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related course.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required, depending on company requirements.
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Willing to be assigned to the Siargao Project or project location, as required
• Construction or project-based accounting experience is an advantage.
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or project-based companies.
• Familiar with tax compliance, BIR regulations, and preparation of supporting documents for tax filings.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and statutory contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information.
