(Urgent!) Warehouse Manager - (BANGNA KM.19)

• Manage and control end-to-end warehouse operations, including Inbound, Put-away, Storage, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Outbound, and Loading
• Plan and manage Manpower, Resources, and Organization Structure to be appropriate for workload and operational goals
• Define, monitor, and analyze Operational KPIs such as Productivity, Quality, Service Level, Cost, and Operational Stability
• Analyze operational problems and data, while driving Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement
• Manage the team, develop employee potential, set goals, and manage performance effectively
• Manage relationships and coordinate with customers regarding Operational Requirements, Service Level, Manpower, and Issue Resolution
• Manage Subcontractors, Vendors, and Service Providers, including controlling service quality and costs
• Oversee Inventory Management such as Cycle Count, Annual Inventory, and Inventory Accuracy
• Control operations to comply with Company Policy, Customer Requirements, SOP, and Safety Standards
• Promote Safety Culture, including managing Operational Risk and prevention/corrective measures
• Be responsible for overall Site Performance by balancing Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency, and Cost Optimization

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields At least 10 years of experience in Warehouse / Distribution Center Operations Experience at Site Manager level or equivalent will be specially considered Understanding of End-to-End Warehouse Operations and Distribution Center management Experience in Inventory, Cost Optimization, Productivity Improvement, and Resource Utilization Experience managing large teams, including Manpower, Subcontractors, and Vendors Skills in Data Analysis, KPI Management, Problem Solving, and Decision Making Good communication skills in Thai and English, both speaking and writing Experience in Home Appliance / Electronics Distribution Center will be specially considered
