Supervisor - Operation Chilled (Wang noi)

1. Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations within the Chilled warehouse zone to ensure targets and safety standards are met.
2. Lead and manage the operations team to ensure high productivity, operational accuracy, and punctuality.
3. Monitor product quality and supervise the receiving, picking, and shipping processes for chilled goods.
4. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow processes.
5. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management review.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. At least 2–3 years of work experience in warehousing or logistics. Previous experience in managing chilled or frozen goods is highly preferred. Must be able to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays). Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
