Manager - Operation (Wang noi)

Job Description We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic Manager Operation to oversee, manage, and optimize the overall warehouse operations at our Center Distribution Center (CDC Wangnoi). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a large-scale operations team, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and safety standards are met or exceeded aligned with company goals.

1. Operations Management: Oversee and control daily inbound, outbound, layout optimization, and inventory control activities within the distribution center to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
2. Team Leadership & Manpower Planning: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, leaders, and operational staff. Strategically manage manpower planning to align with fluctuating daily work volumes.
3. Cost & KPI Control: Manage warehouse operational expenses within the approved budget and drive the team to achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Safety & Compliance: Monitor and enforce strict compliance with warehouse safety regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
5. Problem Solving & Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (such as Procurement, Transport, and HR) to resolve operational issues and manage daily challenges seamlessly.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within a large-scale warehouse or a Distribution Center (DC/CDC). Excellent command of English, with the ability to effectively communicate, present reports, and collaborate directly with Foreign Executives. Strong knowledge and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and relevant supply chain software. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and drive accountability within large teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Work Location: Must be able to work full-time at CDC Wangnoi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya.
