Logistics Data Analyst (Korat)

1. Warehouse Data Analysis

• Analyze Inbound / Outbound data
• Analyze daily inbound–outbound product quantities
• Monitor Stock, Inventory, and storage space
• Analyze employee Productivity and work processes

1. Logistics Cost Analysis and Reduction

• Analyze transportation and warehouse expenses
• Find ways to reduce costs, such as OT labor costs, Transport costs, and space utilization
• Analyze cost per Order / Pallet / Case, etc.

1. Report and Dashboard Preparation

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports
• Prepare warehouse KPIs such as Picking Productivity, Order Accuracy, On-time Dispatch, Inventory Accuracy, Warehouse Utilization
• Use Excel or Power BI for data analysis

1. Operational Problem Analysis

• Find causes of Delay, Backlog, or low Productivity
• Analyze Stock discrepancy / Inventory variance problems
• Propose process improvement guidelines

1. Manpower and Resource Planning

• Analyze workload to assist in Manpower planning
• Assess the appropriate number of people for the workload
• Analyze space and equipment utilization in the warehouse

1. Coordinate with various departments

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain data analysis Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL will be given special consideration Possess analytical and communication skills, and can communicate well in English
