Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and provide consultation on customs clearance and import procedures.
• Advise operation teams and customers on customs regulations and compliance.
• Review and classify products accurately under the appropriate HS codes.
• Analyze and resolve complex customs-related issues.
• Coordinate with Customs authorities and relevant parties when necessary.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of documents and procedures required for AEO.
• Ensure customs operations comply with applicable customs laws, regulations, and company requirements.

Requirements

1. Aged 30 years or above.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
3. Must hold a valid Customs Specialist Certificate.
4. Direct experience in customs clearance, import procedures, and HS Code classification.
5. Experience providing customs consultation to customers or operation teams.
6. Good knowledge of customs laws, regulations, and AEO-related requirements.
7. Able to communicate in English at a working level.
8. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
9. Able to start immediately.
